Load planning for road transport

Full loads, groupage and multi-drop runs all start with the same question: what fits, and in which order does it go in? EveryLoading answers it in the browser, for every truck in the fleet.

Common problems, and how EveryLoading helps

  • Dispatchers guess whether one more pallet fits, and the truck leaves half empty or the last pallet stays on the dock.

Paste the order, click Optimize and see volume used, payload used and loading metres before the truck arrives.

  • A load that fits by volume can still overload an axle or sit badly off-centre.

The planner estimates the load on the kingpin and axles from the axle positions you enter, and marks the centre of gravity in 3D with a warning when it is off.

  • On multi-drop routes the goods for the first stop end up behind everything else.

Give each cargo row a stop number. Later stops are loaded deeper, and nothing for a later stop blocks an earlier one.

  • Drivers and warehouse staff load from memory, so the plan on the screen is not the load on the truck.

Send a read-only 3D link or a PDF with the loading sequence, manifest and top, side and rear drawings.
