ULD load planning for air cargo
In air freight every centimetre and every kilogram is charged. EveryLoading helps you build unit load devices with the space you pay for, and shows the build plan to the team on the floor.
Common problems, and how EveryLoading helps
Shipments are sent with more ULDs than needed because nobody had time to work out a tighter build.
Optimize the build into an LD3, LD3-45 or LD2 and see the volume and weight used straight away.
Upright-only or fragile pieces are tipped or have heavy cartons placed on top.
Mark pieces as this-side-up, not stackable, or with a maximum weight on top, and the optimizer keeps to it.
Odd sizes, drums and long items are hard to picture inside a small container.
Drag, turn and stack items in 3D with collision checks, and switch to top, side and rear views to check the fit.
