Optimize the load

Let EveryLoading arrange the cargo, then check the result.

Video tutorial · 0:23 · the steps are also written out below
  1. 1Check the vehicle and the cargo list.
  2. 2Click Optimize load at the bottom of the left panel.
  3. 3The items appear in the 3D view and the stats update: volume, weight, loading metres and item count.

The optimizer places items one by one into the best free space. It respects the payload, the stacking and rotation settings of each row and the loading side, keeps loads level across the width, and tries several orders to keep the fullest result.

Loading order

In the Optimizer tab, choose how items are taken from your list:

OptionUse it when
Best fitDefault. Tries several orders and keeps the fullest result.
In table orderYou want rows loaded top to bottom, as listed.
Largest firstBig items should go in first.
Heaviest firstHeavy items should go in first, on the floor.

Items that don't fit

Anything that doesn't fit by size or weight is parked next to the vehicle and counted under Not loaded in the stats. Click that box to select the first one. You can drag items in by hand, change the vehicle, or plan across several trucks.

Good to know

The result is a good plan, not a guaranteed best one: always look it over and adjust items by hand where your crew would load differently.
