Switching from another load planner

Bring the import files from your current planner across as they are.

Video tutorial · 0:29 · the steps are also written out below

If you already import cargo into another load planner from a file, use the same file here. EveryLoading reads CSV/XLSX files exported from other planners, including Goodloading files (vehicle, sea container, air container and multistop templates, and the older flat template).

  1. 1In the Cargo tab, click Import file and choose the .csv or .xlsx file from your current planner.
  2. 2The preview confirms the file format was recognised and shows the loads, stacking, rotation and stops it found, plus the vehicle if the file has one.
  3. 3Import, check the vehicle, and click Optimize load.
  • Weights are read per piece.
  • In imperial files ("in"), sizes are inches and weights pounds.
  • Wheel arches, the cooling unit, the door size and the centre-of-gravity tolerances come across with the vehicle, and honeycomb formation with the loads. Their "stack quantity" (how many loads may stand on one) becomes Max items on top.
  • Settings we can't model yet (Variofloor) are listed in the preview, so nothing is dropped silently.
